Dia is also actively seeking logistics partners to enhance delivery speed working with Glovo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats.
The company claims to serve 35 million Spanish residents, or 84% of the national population, including 4 million people living in low-density areas.
Dia’s management anticipates continued growth in online sales, albeit at a slower pace. This expected slowdown is shifting management’s focus toward improving the customer journey- simplifying the purchasing process, ensuring faster deliveries, and introducing referral programs to enhance engagement and retention.
